These Text Message Terms and Conditions (“Text Message Terms”) are between you and Credit Box Consulting, including its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, and their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, partners, and members (“Credit Box Consulting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your participation in our Text Message Program, which includes sending and receiving SMS/text messages with Credit Box Consulting.
BY ENROLLING IN OUR TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TEXT MESSAGE TERMS.
Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply to your participation and are incorporated into these Text Message Terms. By participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to those policies.
Arbitration Agreement
BY PARTICIPATING IN CREDIT BOX CONSULTING’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO ARBITRATE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND CREDIT BOX CONSULTING ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THIS MEANS YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO:
A “Claim” includes any dispute, controversy, tort, statutory violation, or disagreement related to these Text Message Terms or the Text Message Program. Arbitration will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where these Terms differ. We will reimburse up to $300 of your arbitration filing fee. This arbitration agreement survives termination of these Terms.
1. About These Text Message Terms
If you do not agree to these Text Message Terms, you may not participate in the Text Message Program. Credit Box Consulting may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. About Credit Box Consulting Text Messages
Our Text Message Program helps users communicate with Credit Box Consulting. Messages may include service updates, account information, and marketing messages related to credit services. Written consent may be collected electronically in accordance with the E-SIGN Act. This is a recurring message program, and our messages are not mobile spam.
3. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By opting into our Text Message Program, you provide express written consent to receive automated or prerecorded SMS messages from Credit Box Consulting regarding our services and marketing offers. Continuing to participate (e.g., by not texting STOP) confirms your ongoing consent under these Terms.
4. Cost of Text Messages
Credit Box Consulting does not charge for text messages; however, Message & Data Rates May Apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5. How to Stop Receiving Text Messages
To opt out of Credit Box Consulting text messages:
Text STOP to the number from which you received our message.
You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages to that specific phone number. Processing may take up to three (3) business days, though most requests occur immediately.
To stop receiving marketing phone calls (not texts):
Text CALLSTOP to the same number.
CALLSTOP requests may also take up to three (3) business days to take effect.
6. Opting Back In
If you previously opted out by texting STOP, you may resume receiving messages at any time by providing new consent to Credit Box Consulting.
7. Requesting Additional Information
Text HELP to the number from which you received a message to obtain support or additional program details.
8. Supported Commands
STOP – Ends SMS communications to the phone number used.
CALLSTOP – Stops marketing phone calls to the phone number used.
HELP – Returns support and program information.
