Important Consumer Disclosure (CROA Notice)

Under federal law, credit repair organizations may not promise or guarantee specific results, including the removal of accurate, current, or verifiable information from a consumer credit report.
Individual results vary based on factors beyond our control, including creditor responses, bureau processing timelines, and consumer financial behavior.
Nothing in this guarantee should be interpreted as a promise of a particular credit score increase or outcome.

Purpose of the Guarantee

Credit Box Consulting provides credit education, dispute assistance, and administrative support services designed to help clients address potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information in their consumer credit reports. The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee exists to ensure transparency and consumer confidence—not to guarantee credit outcomes.
If you fully participate in the Credit Box Consulting program for ninety (90) days and are dissatisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund of fees paid, subject to the conditions below.

Guarantee Term

  • The guarantee period is ninety (90) consecutive calendar days
  • The period begins on the date of enrollment
  • The guarantee applies only to services rendered during this 90-day period
  • The guarantee is not retroactive

Eligibility Requirements (CROA-Compliant)

To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be satisfied: a. Active Enrollment and Participation You must remain actively enrolled for the full 90-day period and reasonably cooperate with Credit Box Consulting, including timely responses, approvals, and document submissions when requested. b. Completion of Service Deliverables You must allow Credit Box Consulting to perform the agreed-upon services during the program term. Failure to authorize or approve dispute activity may disqualify eligibility. c. Continuous Credit Monitoring You must maintain uninterrupted credit monitoring throughout the 90-day period using a monitoring service acceptable to Credit Box Consulting. Cancellation, lapse, or chargeback of monitoring services voids eligibility. d. No Material Adverse Credit Activity During the program period, you must not: Miss payments on existing accounts Incur new collections or charge-offs Engage in activity that independently causes credit score deterioration e. Acknowledgment of Client Responsibility You acknowledge that your personal financial behavior—including payment history, utilization, and applications for new credit—materially impacts credit outcomes and is outside the control of Credit Box Consulting.

Determination Standard

  • Credit profile changes will be evaluated using the credit monitoring reports maintained during the 90-day period
  • No specific credit score increase is required or implied
  • Variations caused by external reporting, creditor decisions, or bureau updates do not constitute service failure

Refund Request Process (CROA-Aligned)

Submission Method Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: support@creditboxconsulting.com Subject line: “90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Request”
Timing Requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days after completion of the 90-day program period.
Required Information Your request must include: 1. Proof of continuous enrollment 2. Proof of active credit monitoring 3. A written statement explaining dissatisfaction with services provided Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Review and Response Timeline

  • Credit Box Consulting will acknowledge receipt within 30 days
  • A final determination will be issued within 60 days, provided all documentation is complete

Disqualification Events

You will not be eligible for a refund if any of the following occur:
  • Program cancellation before completion of 90 days
  • Chargeback or payment reversal
  • Failure to maintain credit monitoring
  • Failure to cooperate with service processes
  • Submission of misleading or incomplete information

Limitation of Liability (CROA-Consistent)

Credit Box Consulting does not provide legal advice and does not control credit bureaus, creditors, or data furnishers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • Credit Box Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the 90-day program period

No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Nothing in this guarantee is intended to waive or limit any rights granted to you under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, state consumer protection laws, or other applicable statutes.
